Weddings at Eola
At Chemeketa Eola, say "I do" in a beautiful winery setting with picturesque views of the Chemeketa Cellars vineyard and northwest valley. The venue, located at Chemeketa Community College's Northwest Wine Studies Center, provides refined yet laid-back ambiance with indoor and outdoor options to accommodate weddings of up to 200 guests. Rental includes exclusive use of the venue and set-up of indoor spaces. External catering is allowed and bar service is provided by the Chemeketa Cellars tasting room. Wedding Venue Rental Information
FACILITY RENTAL INCLUDES:
- Indoor and outdoor venue: Meeting rooms, tasting room area, patio, lawn
- Set-up and take-down of indoor tables and chairs
ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS/POLICIES:
- Catering allowed from any licensed caterer or restaurant, or store-bought food (no homemade food allowed)
- Liability insurance policy required (but easily obtainable through personal insurance or through PACE's TULIP insurance program, which provides lower-cost special event insurance for groups using college facilities: www.gatherguard.com.)
- Optional bar service and linen rentals (additional fees)
- Alcohol service - All alcohol service is provided by the Chemeketa Cellars tasting room. Options include wine by the glass, beer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks from the tasting room window.
- Black linens - $9/each (other color options available with advanced notice)
Rental Package Option 1: $2,000
- One full-day access on Saturday or Sunday
- Tasting room OPEN to the public from 12-4 pm
- Access to the venue by a small group for set-up and decorating in meeting rooms and drop-off of any rental items starting at 8 am
- Set-up and decorating in the tasting room and patio areas can begin at 4 pm after the tasting room closes
- Event attendees arrive no earlier than 5:30 pm
- Departure from the building, including the removal of all rental and personal items, by 11 pm
- Option to include a rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner the night before if there is venue availability - $300 additional fee
Rental Package Option 2: $4,000
- One full-day access on Saturday or Sunday
- Tasting room CLOSED
- Access to the venue for set-up/decorating and drop-off of any rental items can begin at 8 am
- Wedding can begin at any time
- Departure from the building, including the removal of all rental and personal items, by 11 pm
- Option to include a rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner the night before if there is venue availability - $300 additional fee
Rental Package Option 3: $7,500
- Three-day access Friday - Sunday (tasting room closed Friday and Saturday, but open on Sunday):
- Friday: Noon-10 pm
- Saturday: 8am-11 pm
- Sunday: 8am-noon
- Personal and rental items can be dropped off starting at noon on Friday and must be removed by noon on Sunday
- Rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner availability included on Friday
